Check the steps below to resolve the ethernet issues.
💡 Please follow the steps below in order to troubleshoot.

Open Android Settings
Open Network settings
Scroll down to 'IP Settings' and make sure DHCP is enabled
- Scroll to 'Proxy Settings' in the Network settings and make sure it is set to None
- Uninstall any DNS or VPN app from your device
- Disable IPv6 option in Android Settings and test again
- Disconnect LAN cable, reboot the router and reconnect LAN cable to your device.
Finally, if none of the above steps solves your Ethernet issue, factory resetting and test again:

- Open the 'Ethernet' in the settings and make sure DHCP is enabled
- Uninstall any DNS or VPN app from your device
- Disconnect LAN cable, reboot the router and reconnect LAN cable to your device.
- Make a manual factory resetting and test again:
