⚡The resolution for this issue will be applied automatically. If not, please clear the data and cache of the "Android TV Remote Service app." Here are the steps:

1. Disconnect your GTV from the Google TV app.
2. Navigate to Settings > Apps > See all apps > Show system apps.
3. Locate "Android TV Remote Service" in the list of system apps and select it.
4. Clear both data and cache.
5. Reconnect your GTV with the Google TV app.
